The radiologists at Northern Virginia Radiology Consultants, (NVRC) are committed to the safety and well being of our patients, staff, and community.
We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure your safety by following local, state, American College of Radiology, and CDC guidelines. We are also working closely with Virginia Hospital Center leadership and staff to ensure we maintain a safe environment while providing the exceptional care you expect and deserve.
Your safety is our mission
Virginia Hospital Center and Northern Virginia Radiology Consultants are working together to keep you safe during your visit.
Our changes include:
- Screening all patients for symptoms related to COVID during scheduling and check-in
- Expanding the use of personal protective equipment used by our physicians and staff
- Updating cleaning protocols for all equipment and common areas and providing hand sanitizer
If you are sick
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, sore throat, or new loss of taste/smell, please contact your physician before scheduling your examination. If you develop these symptoms before your scheduled test date, please contact our scheduling department to reschedule your examination until after you have discussed your symptoms with your doctor.
