NVRC Welcomes Dr. Judith Kaplan
Northern Virginia Radiology Consultants (NVRC) is proud to welcome Dr. Judith Kaplan to our staff of Diagnostic Radiologists. Dr. Kaplan comes to NVRC after practicing locally for several years. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Dr. Kaplan specializes in imaging of sports injuries, arthritis, spine imaging, interpretation of MRI and computed tomography, and performance of musculoskeletal ultrasound and image-guided joint injections. In addition, she is experienced in interpretation of mammography including tomosynthesis (3-D mammography), breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and minimally invasive biopsies under stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI guidance.
